Michael Jackson

I had a few moments last night that I was able to watch the news. Too bad it was still full of stories concerning the recent death of Michael Jackson, the king of pop! It seems that they are deeming his death a homicide and it looks like we will be hearing still more about this issue for a very long time.

Thank God For Pam

I really don’t know what I’d do with out my Pam cooking spray. I used it every single time I start to cook something and I can’t imaging cooking without it. I love that it comes in so many varieties.

Direct TV & Football

I’m so glad that I had the insight to have my satellite service with Directv. I like my Direct TV TiVo and DVR and I can’t imaging life without them at this point. I have been way too busy around the farm and the old house to be able to catch many of the shows that I used to enjoy watching before being burdened with the running of the farm. Summer Reruns

Not that I get much opportunity to watch much television these days, but when I do get a chance I really hate it when I tune into a summer rerun. This year there promises to be several new series that I’ve been seeing and hearing about. It will be refreshing.

ATMs and Their Fees

I was in hopes that the commercial that my bank has been showing concerning their new “no ATM fees” would apply to my account. Wrong. You have to have a $5000 balance in order to receive this new perk. Like it is going to happen any time soon here!
