Navy Snipers

The United States Navy came to the rescue yesterday. Their highly trained snipers took care of business. Capt Phillips can now go home to his family. These modern high tech pirates have paid the price, but I’m sure this all isn’t over by any means, a lot more blood will be shed, I’m sure of that.

Homeland Security

The issue of Homeland Security is a hot topic and one of a major concern. I was left a bit unsettled when last Sunday I heard on the radio that North Korea had just fired a rocket/missile over Japan. Mother’s & Father’s Day

This year these two up and coming dates will have a tremendous impact on the whole family, since the death of both of our parents is still so new. No holiday is or will be the same for some time to come, but we are all trying our best to deal with the bitter sweat memories that holidays deal us that are dealing heavily with our loses.

Football, or fusbal, or to the common man, soccer! A grand sport indeed. Seems to me to be a glorified form of kickball with a hockey net.
