The right training can make or break a person’s career. And there will always be a need for people who are certified in the computer fields, since 99% of businesses are relying on computers on a daily basis.
My one nephew is currently interested in becoming certified in MCITP and has started looking in to the MCITP Training that is being offered, along with numerous other IT training courses at Quickcert.com that has the certification materials that it takes for the self-study training that he is seeking.
The one particular nephew has always been a whiz on the computer, he was fully computer literate by the age of two, and I think that he would do well in this field and wish him luck.
Cops see the worst of humans every day. From the streets to the courtrooms to the jails, they are surrounded by people behaving badly. It has to wear on you and affect the way you see the world.I think most cops also see the world as strictly black and white. There is almost no grey area in their world. You are either good or bad. You are either right or wrong. You are either guilty or innocent. And honestly, I don’t think they believe many people are innocent – I think they believe everyone is guilty of something and its just a matter of time until they get caught. And some of them will make it up just to get you a ticket or if you piss them off. So when talking to a cop, mind your manners and say very little until you can get a lawyer to sit with you. If you talk to cops without a lawyer you are an idiot and deserve to be thrown in jail to protect the rest of us good citizens from having to suffer having you out on the streets to mess up our lives.
There’s a blog I like that is written by a cop. It is full of sarcasm and barbs and I love to read it, so what’s wrong with me? Anyway, if you have an interest in what a cop sees and thinks, you might want to read Second City Cop.
I found an interesting website that had a good video, that I thought enough of to post here, concerning the issue of locking mailboxes. With the threat of identity theft looming everywhere, it is a wise decision to invest in a good quality locking mailbox, in order to prevent people from placing their hands into your business. Since I live in such a remote rural area, it would be to my benefit to go ahead and look into the purchasing of one, to place out on the end of the driveway, on the road, which is a good distance from the farm and house. Having my current mail box so far from sight, it seems that I’m a good target for mail theft, which could turn into a bad case of identity theft.
Back in the day, I remember my parents had problems with the local kids vandalizing our mailbox on numerous occasions, but after a few years, those kids must have grown, matured, or moved and no more issues have occurred since, at least to my knowledge.
It is important to make sure that the locking mailbox that I purchase is one that really does the job on keeping my mail secure, there are many of this types of mailboxes on the market, so I took a look around to see the different types that are being offered that would do the job and do it right the first time. At Mailboss.net they gave me a lot to think about and consider and once again, I’m placing their informational video below for your viewing in an effort to help spread the word about what kind of locking mailbox is the right choice.
Picked up the DVD called “Sin City” from WalMart’s $5 bargain rack. I really only got it because it has Bruce Willis in it, and most of his movies are pretty good. I’m a big fan of the Die Hard series – those movies are good to watch over and over.So last night there was nothing worth a hoot on the tube and I decided to watch Sin City.
OMG! What a stupid movie. I can’t believe I watched the whole thing. It was so boringly stupid. I guess you have to be the kind of person who reads comic books to appreciate the story line, the bizarre characters and the special effects. I’ve never been much of a comic book reader after the 3rd grade, so all that was wasted on me and my $5 was wasted in return. Not to mention the 2 hours of my life that I will never get back.
Credit Card Offers really need to be checked out thoroughly before signing on the dotted line in today’s world. A good place to find information on different credit card offers and companies is provided on line at CardHub.com. I have found it to be a valuable tool in my search for a credit card, one that I can use specifically for gasoline purchases. One that will provide me with some type of reward each time I use it, and with as many trips as I take to the gas stations these days, I should be able to rack up some nice cash back or rebates if I take my time and educate myself with the numerous credit card companies that are just begging for my business. Once I clicked on & selected each category option preference that was provided me on this site, it narrowed the search down to 7 different types of cards being offered for me to check out and review.
It was a pretty easy process, for someone who knows what they are looking for, such as myself. Visa, Discover, Master Card, American Express, all have offers right now, and I finally decided on going with the Capitol One, Orbitz Visa Platinum that offers a variety of rewards, that will make me a happy consumer each time I use the card at gas stations, restaurants, rental cars, and gift cards, as well.
So, with that said, if you are interested in finding good credit cards with the best offer, this really is a nice, user friendly set up website, and be sure you check out the Editor’s Picks while you are at it. Please note that CardHub.com has worked hard to put all this information together for your convenience, but they do not guarantee the accuracy of the information listed, and that they urge you to go to the individual credit card companies website and double check on the information before applying.
