Smart cars

I’ve been hearing a lot about those new “Smart cars” and I’ve seen quite a few of them on the road.  I understand that there is a huge waiting list for them!  I saw a short review of them, the reviewer was saying how great they are, they say that they only cost $15,000, are half the size of a “regular” car and get 33 mpg.  They seem to think that is wonderful.  I have to wonder about that because last year I bought a used Lumina that is in great shape for only $5,000 and it gets 26 mpg.  It seems to me that I got a pretty good deal!
